The voice layer. Plug it in, or build on it.
Real-time, voice-to-voice AI with an API. Plug it into the product you run, build your own on top, or use it directly: it already answers calls for 20+ businesses, 24/7.
The voice layer. Simple, on purpose.
voicy is real-time, voice-to-voice AI with an API: callers talk, the agent answers in under a second, in a natural voice, and stops when they cut in. Use it three ways.
- 01
Plug it in
Swap it in as the voice layer of the product you already run: one real-time stream over WebSocket, webhooks for every call.
- 02
Build on top
Make your own assistant, receptionist or voice product on it, with tools that call your endpoints during the conversation.
- 03
Or use it directly
A share link, your website or a phone line, with each caller’s details in your inbox, Telegram or systems.

Builders and power users: a voice layer for anything
Voice to voice, through an API. No speech pipeline to build.
Want a personal voice AI assistant, or voice in your own app, game, device or internal tool? voicy is the voice layer: your users talk, the agent answers in a natural voice in under a second and stops when they cut in. Speech recognition, the model, the voice and turn-taking are handled for you.
What you get
- A real-time voice stream over WebSocket, from any browser, app or device.
- A REST API to set up agents, and webhooks for what happened on every call.
- Tools: during a conversation the agent can call your own endpoints, to look things up or take actions.
Good to know
The same agent works on a share link, on your website and on a phone line, so you can start without writing code and connect the API when you’re ready.

Home-services and appliance-repair dispatch
Battle-tested: in production since 2025, answering calls for 20+ appliance-repair businesses across the US, 24/7.
Most repair jobs start with a phone call, and the call that goes to voicemail goes to a competitor. A voicy agent answers every one, day and night, and turns it into a job your technicians can act on.
What the agent does
- Finds out which appliance it is and what’s wrong, in the caller’s own words.
- Puts safety first: a gas smell, sparks or water near electrics get clear instructions before anything else.
- Takes the caller’s name, phone number and address, and the day and time that suit them, then reads them back.
- Answers the questions you’d answer: service area, visit fee, warranty, opening hours.
What you get
A complete job request for every call, in your inbox or Telegram the moment it’s taken, or pushed to your dispatch system through a webhook. No missed after-hours calls, no callbacks to collect the basics.
Forms get skipped; a conversation doesn’t. A voicy agent on your website answers visitors’ questions about your product and, when they’re interested, takes their details for your team.
What the agent does
- Answers from what you’ve told it about your company, and says so when it doesn’t know, instead of guessing.
- Takes the visitor’s name, company and an email or phone number, and what they’d like, then reads them back.
What you get
Each lead with its details in Telegram the moment it’s taken, or in your CRM through a webhook, so someone can follow up the same day.

Bookings for restaurants, salons and local businesses
The phone keeps ringing during the rush. Let it.
When the room is full, nobody has a free hand for the phone. A voicy agent takes reservations and appointments, answers the usual questions, and never puts anyone on hold.
What the agent does
- Takes the date, time, party size or service, and the caller’s name and number, and reads them back.
- Answers questions about hours, location, menu or services from what you’ve told it.
What you get
Bookings in your inbox or Telegram as they come in, or sent to your booking system through a webhook.

For enterprise customers: built with your team, under a data processing agreement. Talk to us
Financial products live on trust and fast answers. A voicy agent takes the routine calls, such as onboarding questions, application status and follow-ups on leads, and hands the rest to your team with the details already written down.
What the agent does
- Answers product and onboarding questions from what you’ve told it, and says so when it doesn’t know.
- Qualifies interested callers and takes their details for your team.
- Never asks for card numbers, security codes, passwords or one-time codes, and tells callers never to share them on a call.
Good to know
Connected to your systems through webhooks and a REST API; regional hosting, including the EU; call audio isn’t stored by default, and conversations never train models without your agreement.
Questions.
Do I need a developer?
No. A share link, your website or a phone line is enough to start. The REST API and webhooks are there when you want to connect your own systems.
Can I build my own product on voicy?
Yes. voicy is the voice layer: a real-time voice stream over WebSocket, a REST API, webhooks for every call and tools that call your endpoints. Build your own assistant, receptionist or voice feature on it, or plug it in as the voice layer of a product you already run.
What does it do with urgent or safety-related calls?
Platform rules apply to every call: in an emergency the agent tells the caller to contact the local emergency number, it makes no guarantees it can’t keep, and it never asks for card numbers or passwords.
Which languages do the agents speak?
English and a range of European languages.Kazakh and Turkish, as well as bilingual and mixed speech, are in testing for enterprise customers.
Where is call data stored?
voicy is privacy-first: call audio isn’t stored by default, and conversations never train models without your agreement. For enterprise customers, voicy can be hosted in your region, including the EU, under a data processing agreement.
How much does it cost?
Your first minutes are free; after that you pay as you go by card, with no contract. Enterprise plans are available on request.
